About Us

Hello!

From the earliest years I can remember, I spent them in my parent’s tiny kitchen in a very small town in Poland, baking cookies and cakes. I was always making it with passion and an open heart. I liked spoiling my relatives and friends with sweet goodies. Once I baked hundreds of cookies together with my friend hoping to sell them at local farmer’s market. We spent the whole afternoon and evening baking, but the next day we were too shy and ended up eating it all and give it away.

My strongest and most cherished memory was spending hours upon hours at the kitchen table watching my grandma bake. It was in these hours that we just talked. She talked and I listened. I talked and she listened. All the while, she baked, and I watched. I learned a lot from her, and I know that only baking with love can give results.

And the LOVE brought me to Iceland, to the country of fire and ice. After 15 years of living here, I am happy mother of two boys and a wife of wonderful man. When I was on maternity leave, I started my blog, which is still existing. I posted many different recipes of cookies and cakes.

I like trying new things in the kitchen and when I came across embossed rolling pins and tried them in my kitchen, I knew I wanted to do something more with them. I wanted to share my experience in this beautiful country like Iceland, because I know that Icelandic people treasure the most spending time with the family. I truly believe that baking connects people.

To me, my rolling pins are beautiful and functional and yes, you can make unique cookies and pottery with them. I hope you do! But if I were to whisper my wish, it would be toss-up the flour and sugar, making a mess, laughing, telling stories, and start baking some memories.

There are moments that matter in life. I think a lot of those moments happen in the kitchen where we unknowingly are surrounded with life and love. Make your life happy by spending time with your children, grandchildren, loved ones and make cookies!!

Welcome all to my world and looking forward to seeing you at my baking class!

I would like to remind you also that all rolling pins and stamps are made of ecological wood, are safe and have got huge selection of patterns. If you have any pattern on your mind and would like to have personalized one, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Let’s bake with LOVE!
